We used to do the package to get the back entrance but since they no longer do that with the package, how does a wheelchair enter?

People with wheelchairs enter thru the regular line. At a certain point, you will be told to stay to one side and people with wheelchairs and ECVs (and their party) are pulled off at that time to be directed to a seating area by a CM.

I am not positive, but it appears that the 'back way' in that was used for the dinner package can't be used right now because of construction going on in some of the shops on that side of the street. We just got back from WDW and the construction is still going on. My guess is that once the construction is completed, the dinner package entrance will be in use again.
