Fantasmic?

we will be at mgm on aug 31, what time does the Fantasmic show start and what time should we be there by?

You can check disneyworld.com for the schedule, just pick "Disney MGM" and "Park Hours" or "Calendar", don't remember which.. then click on your date and all the events will be display.
Also, you can check this site wdwinfo.com and there's a place where all parades, fireworks and events are shown.
Another great site is Steve Soare's (just google the name).

get there an hour early. We did a few weeks ago and had great seats - dead center midway up. We coud see everything

I will be there the same time and Fantasmic starts at 830pm on the 31st. I am planning on going to the show that night...in all the trips that I have taken to Disney World, I have never seen Fantasmic, so I am determined to see it during my trip to the World next week.

We were @ MGM 8/14/06. Eventhough, DH and I went there like an hour early, there were plenty of people inside already. We opted to sit on the top (for an easier existing)
There were food vendors all around the theatre. Don't worry about getting thristy or hunger while waiting.
