Fantasmic & WoC in one night?

Is it possible to do Fantasmic and World of Color in one night? We are getting the picnic meals so we will be at the early show of WoC. Can we see Fantasmic the same night or do we need to save that for another night?

When we were there Friday and Saturday, i was thinking of the same thing of trying F! after WoC. After we finished watching WoC, the fireworks have already started and we had to battle the crowds to get out of the park. Who ever watch the first show of WoC will be heading out of DCA and head over to DL to do F! Or the rides. When we got to the exit, the fireworks was already over and the lines were already busy, so when you get to the roa, most of the best spots will be gone since all the guest who are waiting at the hub or main street will walk over to the roa.

We had the dining package last night and it took time to get out of the park.

During this time is hard to see WoC and than get to DL to see F!. I would say it is better to see both shows on different night, unless you can run really fast out of the park and battle more guests thru main street.

We were able to do it after the first showing of WoC. Would I recommend it, NO. Unless you have seen F! as much as I have, you really want a good spot to see that show.

Plus, as it gets busier, it likely will not be possible to do this.

I think this will be a common idea. But as the first poster noted not easily done.

I think Hydroguy has it right though. Don't go against the DL exiting flow, hit WoC second.

This is exactly what I was wanting to do. However, I'd want preferred seating for both. You can only buy the dinner package in advance for the first show of WOC though, right? You have to walk up to get the package for the second show?

No, I have a later dinner reservation at WCT for the 2nd WoC show. Do not remember what the dinner time cut off is to decide 1st or 2nd show - but certain someone on here should know.

What you described, advance for 1st show and walk-up for second show, is for the picnic box meal with ticket.

I went to the Opening WoC show and we walked withthe crowd out of DCA, crossed to DL and went to F! after goofing off and getting a Dole Whip. We stood behind the major light pole in the center and saw the 10:xx F! show.

It was my first F! and I had just seen the WoC from the center of the Dinner Preferred section. I enjoyed it but it was not WoC. We rode the DRR train to ToonTown after the F! and then IASM and Buzz and StarTours on the way out of the park.

How about the other way? Seeing Fantasmic first then heading to World of Color? Will they let you into DCA if you have a FP for the 11pm show or are you locked up from 10-11pm in the Glow Party?
