Fantasmic! with Mama Melrose lunch

We have an ADR for lunch at Mama Melrose's with the package for the first Fantasmic show. We are not on the dining plan -paying cash. Do we just order what we want for lunch or are the options/pricing different with F! included?

Every time we have gone each person gets a dessert sampler with three small items on it. You didn’t share. (Unless you wanted to)
