Fantasmic with dining starting 12/12?

I went on Turing plans today and there was an alert about it so I followed the link and I see that starting in November We can reserve a dining package with a fast pass from Blue bayou, or river belle terrace, to go meals from Aladdins oasis and a dessert party.

Ugh I was wondering how they were going to bring it back with the construction. Why in the world would touring plans alert me like this was new? Geez that 2 years old
