Yes.
You will likely be a few minutes late, but "everybody" runs late at WDW, anyway.
If you don't mind sitting in or near the back row (and audience-right) of the F! theater, you can exit much more quickly than the bulk of the crowd. F! runs right at 29 minutes, so if you are not
held up by the exiting crowd, you'll be able to get to H&V nearly on-the-money.

Sit near the rear of the seating, near an aisle.

Cyan= Standby (walk-in) seating
Red= Dining Package Reserved

Purple= Can be either FP+ or Dining Plan Reserved, depending on needs.

Cyan= Standby (walk-in) seating
Red, Purple, Blue= FP+ Reserved
(Although much of the outer Blue will likely be used for Standby.)
thanks for asking this, lisagirl! I have the same setup for our HS day in November (MM lunch with seating for 7:00 F!, 7:45 H&V dinner reservation). I have another H&V dinner booked on our AK day right now, but we're staying at AKL and it seems like a lot of transit to head all the way to HS for dinner, then head all the way back. it's comforting to hear that a lot of people might be in this same boat, so if we're a couple minutes late to the restaurant we shouldn't run into too many problems.
