Fantasmic, Wishful Thinking?

I'm going in October and I just changed my flight so now I'm landing around 5:00ish. DHS has EMH at night and Fantasmic is at 7:30. I'm staying at Pop Century. What are the odds I could make it? I know it would be tight. Or should I just shoot for rides instead?

You can make it "IF" everything goes smoothly and "falls in place".

One positive is DHS is only a 5 minute bus ride from POP.

I would give you about a 25% chance. I would estimate, if everything goes smoothly, you could be at Pop by 6:00-6:15. If you have any carry on bags, you would need to take them to your room or drop them with luggage services, which could take 5-20 minutes. I would think you might be lucky and be waiting for a bus to DHS by 6:15-6:30. It is a quick trip, but then you have to go through security and walk to F! and find seating.

Thanks for the tips! Luckily, it's just me on this trip, so nobody holding me up. I'll keep my fingers crossed. If I can't make it, then it will just be a nice night of rides.

We just did something similar last week. Flight arrived about 7:15, we were on the DME by 7:30. Checked into VWL and then hopped into an Uber to DHS and ended up getting into a spot for the Star Wars fireworks about 10 minutes before the show began.

It's definitely possible, but like others said only if everything goes smoothly. Hope for the best but expect it might not work out in case of plane delays or bus delays, etc. Fantasmic seating can also fill up fast. One of our recent trips we didn't get back to HS until 15 minutes before the show and they announced it was standing room only. Technically, it wasn't standing room, but it was in the row behind the walkway at the top and we didn't have a good view.

i think its highly unlikely. only because sometimes you have to wait forever for DME to fill a bus or even get a bus there. and the ride is quite long. i mean its possible but i wouldnt push it thats just me.
