Fantasmic - When to Arrive

We will have a 15 month old and a 3 1/2 year old. I have PS at the Hollywood and Vine Buffet to get the preferred seating vouchers to avoid waiting in line for seats. I'm starting to have doubts about this plan. I'm thinking being far back is OK and maybe even better because it might not be as loud. Do we want to be close so the little ones can see or is far back OK? Do folks need to arrive early this time of year (we are going next week) or can we just show up around show time and get a seat? Any idea if these shows are filling up and they are turning people away? Thanks!!!

I wouldn't worry about showing up VERY early. maybe 20 minutes is good to avoid being shut out. I like sitting to the back so taht we can get out quickly. HOwever, sound wise the speakers all around are where the sound mostly comes from so down low may not be TOO much louder than in the back. However you want to sit though, you are likely to get better seats WITHOUT the dinner package than with it.

With kids that age it's a good idea you are getting the package. Less wait time. The section that is reserved is to the right. You need to get there 20-30 minutes ahead.

I don't think that next week will be so busy that you wouldn't get a decent seat with the vouchers. A nice thing about sitting up higher with the little ones is if they do get scared you could get out of your seat and hold them on the upper area. Obviously the CMs will let you know if you're in a bad spot (like where the reflective captioning is) but since they are so young it might be better to be higher up in case you need to do that.
