Fantasmic Thread!

Has anyone successfully booked a Cafe Orleans Fantasmic package recently? Was exploring that for my next trip and when I went to check and see how quickly it books up I found that there are no Cafe Orleans reservation options for any party size/date or time in the future and only Rancho Zocalo and River Belle show up as "participating" on the booking pages.

I booked an ADR last month for Cafe Orleans-2nd show at 60 days for 7/17/25. (Edited 90day typo)

Anyone seen the water projection of Tick-Tock Croc lately? Looks like it’s been removed from the show. Maleficent no longer rises, either. I assume it’s either broken or deemed unsafe.

No, and I hate that! While I love the show, it's so anti-climatic without Maleficent rising! I also assume broken and they are hoping no one notices, especially since it's tourist season. 😡

Also miss the real Croc...understand it was a size issue but for goodness sakes people...YOU ARE DISNEY IMAGINEERS...MAKE A NEW ONE...and please don't give me that nonsense about it costing a million dollars...

I agree completely! I use to complain about the projection Croc but I’d take him back - fake Croc is better than nothing!

We saw a show recently where there was no pyro. Maleficent just walking around after saying “you’ll have to deal with me,” without any pyro, looks ridiculous.

Yes, so sorry, that was a typo! Like I said in my post I made the ADR last month.
Did you make the reservation before May 23? I don't believe CO was listed in the Fantasmic Dining Package section before then. Prior to May 23, guests made a regular CO reservation and requested the CO dining package when they arrived.

I just checked that CO was still listed in the Fantasmic Dining Package section and noticed that they changed the order in which the dining packages are listed. It is much easier to find the RB Premium at the very bottom. Note, this screenshot was taken at 8 am PST and RBT Premium was still available for a party of 4.

Thank you! I just checked after your post and realized that Cafe Orleans doesn't come up if you only enter a party of 1 (which I am). At least now I know I can book for 2 and then modify. Thank you!

You may need to try booking a party of 3. It has been well documented that most of the premium dining options don't have much or any options for groups of 1 or 2.

I made it on my 60 days, which would have been May 18, I went back to check my confirmation email just to make sure.

What time is recommended to line up for the first show with rancho tickets? And where is the queue located. Would love to be toward the front.
Thanks!
Sorry…I’m sure this is somewhere in these 73 pages 😊

All dining packages line up near Harbour Galley. Look for these pelicans. The lines should be in the walkway next to them.

The line closest to the water (along the roped rail in the picture) is for RdZ. Cafe Orleans lines up in the middle of the walkway, and River Belle is on the far side of the walkway.

CM start walking guests down to the seating area around 7:45 pm. If you want front row, towards center stage, I would be in NOS by 7:15 pm. Scope out the area to see if a line is forming. If there isn't, you can ride Pirates, shop, or pick up snacks to eat once you are seated and then come back around 7:30pm.

thanks LKing !! You have been so helpful on both this and another thread I posted on! Ive changed my plan so many times based on all the wonderful advice from this forum. I’ve decided the early F! Is the best bet to see F!, fireworks then PTN. We switched from CO to RdZ to get the earlier ticket. We love the food at Cafe Orleans but will go another day just for lunch instead. And bonus…maybe we can get harbour cookies during our wait!! 😊

Can confirm from last week, before 8 for front row. Honestly, I think the view a few rows back is actually better. The railing is out of your way and less mist spraying on you! But, I do occasionally enjoy sitting in front!
