Hi
My plan was to go to fantasmic on our hs day and possibly mix it with Hollywood and vine dinner package. My daughter will be 5 and is a bit of a wimp...but sometimes she does surprise us and is brave. My question is...is fantastic too scary? It's early and with Disney characters so was surprised at the warning. Really wanted to see it but not if she won't enjoy

I agree with the youtube suggestion (I posted that in another thread as well).

It depends on the child. There is a big snake, a big dragon, fire effects and a few loud parts. You know your little one best.

great idea, to watch it on you tube, it's definitely a must see, it's not that bad, there is one part that makes me jump every time though, we have to watch it, every trip.

My daughter was 5 the first time she watched it and she was terrified. So I agree with all the posts above have her check it out on You tube first. if she responds well.. go for it.

I didn't mean for my post to be not nice, simply that we don't know her child. I thought the youtube suggestion was a really good one. Did it sound not nice?

Thanks all. It works well with our schedule so was hoping I was just over reacting. I want her to enjoy and not be scared so will look on youtube.

When my DD was 3, she was terrified. The next trip, she refused to even go. However, we just went in December, a couple months before her 5th birthday, and she loved it!!
