Fantasmic Rehab?

I just read on another site that Fantasmic will be closed for a few months after summer. Is this true?

Still a rumor at this point. As a side note, it will be Fantasmic's 5th anniversary this summer.

Anyone know when "after summer" is? Tell me they wouldnt close both Lion King & Fantasmic at the same time. My 2 favorite shows!

No, No, NO, NO, NOOOOOOOOO! They can't close Fantasmic -- at least not during October when I am there. It is a MUST SEE for our family -- THE BEST!

How far in advance does Disney normally announce rehabs?

I hope it is closed! That might mean they would show Sorcery in the Sky instead.

IMHO SitS was and is the best fireworks show ever done at WDW.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed that if this rumor is true, the closing happens during September when I hope to be at WDW.

I agree that Sorcery was one of the best! I like Fantasmic but having to get there early to get a seat can be a pain.
