Fantasmic Question

I've watched Fantasmic at Disneyland in California and I LOVE it! I think it's the greatest show!

I'm going to Disney World this summer, and I've never watched Fantasmic at Disney World. Is it the same exact show as Fantasmic at Disneyland? Or is Disneyland better?

Has anyone seen both shows, and can compare for me? Thanks!

But they are both very similar, and thrilling.

One significant difference: at DL, the show uses the huge paddlewheel boat that by day travels the Rivers of America. At WDW, they use a somewhat less impressive mockup of the same type of boat.

But otherwise, it is much the same. To many, it's the greatest nighttime show in The World. Personally, I prefer IllumiNations -- but Fantasmic is a close second!

We all agreed that DL's version was much better, we did the WDW version once and don't bother anymore...

I agree that Illuminations is better

The Disney-MGM Studios version of Fantasmic! features some unique elements, incorporating scenes from recent animated releases such as "The Lion King," "Pocahontas," "Hercules" and "Mulan."

I personally like the atmosphere of the wdw fantasmic rather than the Disney land experiance. The peter pan part is not at disney, But it is still an amazing show.

WDW also doesnt have the Pinnochio and Dumbo (pink elephants) portions that DL has.

I love the one at DL and I really don't care much for the one at WDW. The DL one doesn't have that long Pocohantas segment, which annoys me at WDW. Also I like how you sit on the sidewalk and then after the show, you can watch the fireworks at DL, too!
