Fantasmic question - seating

Does Disneyland offer any special seating arrangements for Fantasmic? I seem to recall hearing something in the past about a package at the Disney Gallery with seating for the show. What is it and how do I get it? I'm getting too old to sit on the ground for the show!! I could hardly get back up last year.

There are currently two special packages

1) F! Balcony which is the balcony of the Gallery. It seats I believe 14 and costs about 40-50 a person (kids/adults same price) its a limited dessert buffet that usually has about 10-12 different offerings and drinks- This usually sells out the first few hours of availability

2) Riverside seating is off to the Haunted Mansion side of the river and seats about 20- You get a dessert box with a selection of treats and drinks- Price is the same for adults as Balcony but is about 10-15 dollars cheaper for kids. Availability is alot easier to get and Ive heard of several getting reservations for the same day.

If you do either and they are showing 2 shows with Fireworks try to get the first show as they let you stay put for the fireworks

Ive done Balcony twice and I enjoy it but not near as much as getting front row dead center

We did the second option, down closer to the water. But, you are off to the side a little. It really wasn't bad. The food was good. The service was very nice. We will do the balcony next time, I think the view is a bit better. It was very nice sitting in chairs, having your own space and munching on all the goodies -- even better that someone was waiting on us the whole time. We would definitely do it again.
