We just made our PS for the Fantasmic package on June 1st at Hollywood and Vine. The latest seating they would give us was 4:15. Will they open up later seating when they get the June park hours after April 1st? We are going to Sci Fi for lunch at 12:00, so 4:15 will be a bit early.
Thanks

I think the latest seating for the Fantasmic Package is around 4:30 anyway, so I don't think you can get much later.

I had the same problem. A 11:00 seating for 50's Primetime and a 4:20 PM Fantasmic reservation for Hollywood and Vine. I was able to change my Fantasmic seating to 6 PM thirty days ahead (later seatings were also available). Fantasmic is at 8:30 PM when we are there. :earsboy:

I booked for the package at Mama Melroses for 3:40!! (We usually eat dinner about 7:30). We are going to be there the week after Easter and I have been dreading the crowds. I decided I would much rather eat a later breakfast and early dinner and stand in line for 30 minutes vs. eat dinner later and stand in line for two hours. We can always grab a snack later in the evening after the show.

They are actually having three shows the week after Easter, but again, I cannot bear the thought of the long wait in line when i know there is another option.

My concern is the "reserved" seating for the package, I've heard mixed reviews.

This February, the earliest they would book the package @ H&V was 4:00 p.m. We like eating earlier, it seems that the crowd lines seem to thin out somewhat around 5:00.

We've eaten @ H&V twice, both times we waited for our PS. In June, nearly 40 minutes, 20 this time. We had the same problem @ Chef Mickey's in the past. This year we had an 8:00 PS and didn't get seated until after 9:00 p.m. Anyone else experiencing long waits?

I think the package price @ H&V is reasonably priced, compared to the "regular price". I though the seats were great, considering we only had to wait 45 minutes to see the show. I've heard of people waiting over 2 hours in the middle seats. Personally, I had my DH save our seats while we went out and shopped, returning 15 minutes before showtime. He indicated that it looked like quite a few other folks were doing the same thing.

We had a 4:20 PS in Nov and were worried it was too early--but it wasn't. We did not have to rush through our meal and by the time we left it was time to head for the special Fantasmic gate.
