Fantasmic package

Thinking of booking the MGM Fantasmic package but not sure which restaurant to choose from - Brown Derby, Hollywood & Vine or Mama Melrose? Also, if show is at 8.30pm, what time should I book the PS for? Any advice would be much appreciated.

We booked the Fantasmic package last year and I have to say that i was very impressed with Hollywood and Vine - Excellent value buffet meal . I've also been to the Brown Derby and while the food was great I thought the who experience was a little too formal for me

As for times I would think that you should be looking to allow yourself at least an hour to an hour and a half for the meal and then to think about taking your seat about an hour before the show commences . I know the seats are reserved but to ensure a good view and soak in the atmosphere of the theatre I would get there early

A buffet meal sounds a good choice as we are a family of 'picky' eaters! I'll ring to make a PS.
(We loved the show last time and thought it was the best in Orlando, although the 1.5 hour wait in the blistering heat of August wore us down a little, which is why we want to book the package)

We really enjoyed our meal here when we did the Fantasmic package.
