Fantasmic Package - Ordering Food

On allearsnet.com it lists food from Brown Derby and Mama Melrose's as "featuring" blah blah blah. Are these just some of the things, or are these the limitations for the Fantasmic Dinner Package? For example, Brown Derby says "Items include Spice Grilled Filet Mignon, Pan-Seared Grouper, and The Original Cobb Salad." Are these the only 3 options with the package from Brown Derby??

I have only done the FDP at Mama Melrose so I can tell you from there we got our choice of any flat bread we wanted and any entree. Once we were given a choice of cheesecake or tiramisu for dessert, but once we were given our choice of any dessert on the menu. They usually give you a mixed greens salad, but we didnt like that the first time so the next time we requested a Caesar salad and they were able to substitute that for us.
I believe BD has the same set up where you get to choose any appetizer, any entree, etc...but Im sure someone who has done it there can give you more specific information.

At this point, our PS is for Mama Melrose's...DH was considering trying to change to Brown Derby (if they aren't booked, which they have been everytime I tried to get it). We were just trying to figure out how it's done before we go switching - the options listed on allearsnet.com have things we like at Mama Melrose's better than BD. So any info. on BOTH restaurants would be helpful.

We ate at MM this past December with the Fantasmic Pkg. We got bread,family salad,flatbread pizza(2 because there were 5 of us),any entree,any dessert. The meal was fantastic and plenty of food.

At the brown and derby you get an appetizer, main meal, and a dessert.

We did the Derby and was able to choose from the menu...no restrictions.
