Fantasmic Package on DDP?

Just wondering if it is possible to use a TS credit for the Fantasmic Package?

Do you need to book it as a special package, or is it automatic if you're eating at a participating restaurant that evening? (We're think of either the Hollywood & Vine or Mama Melrose)

What sort of time would be a sensible time to book for an evening meal if we were going on to the show?

Yes you can use a TS credit (2 at HBD). You do need to book it special, it's not automatic. The last Fantasmic Pkg meal is about 3 hours before the first fireworks show.

You need to book the Fantasmic! Dinner Package specifically. Just a regular reservation at H&V, Mama Melrose or Hollywood Brown Derby will not include the Fantasmic! seating voucher. H&V and MM are 1 credit per person, HBD is 2 credits.

The times available for dining tend to be late lunch through early dinner. I've linked the F!DP reservation page for you. Often, it will list several available times rather than let you input a desired time first. You might be given more time options if you call the dining line. Also, the F!DP sometimes isn't loaded into the system for a while in which case you would probably want to call.

So glad I stumbled across this thread. Trying to plan our trip in Aug and really want to do this package mainly for the researved seating for the show. Thanks.
