The CM that I had today told me that if I don't get anything to make sure that I try 2 days or so before when I want them because if they don't want the reservations they have to cancel 48 hours before so their CC doesn't get charged. I will keep trying. Also she said she wasn't aware the online system wasn't working for Fantasmic reservations. She said they could be doing an upgrade on the way package dining reservation are done.
