Fantasmic NOT running nightly in June?????

Anyone know why Fantasmic doesn't run nightly in early June? That just seems wierd being June & it only runs 3 nights a week - doesn't it? Will they change it the closer it gets - or does that mean they expect low crowds?

Hi,

Disney cut back the number of showings at the beginning of the year. Many times they will add a show after the calendar is posted---sometimes as late as the same day.

Anyone else? Did anyone go last year - what are the chances of them adding more shows?

Last year might as well have been fifty years ago with the difference in the economy this year. Disney cut back the shows as a reaction to the economy.

Sure, there is always a chance they will add more shows as I said in my post above. They have been adding shows lately, but unfortunately there is no guarantee that they will add shows when you are there.

Thanks again.... I just didn't know if this was a yearly thing where they don't schedule & then add later. But I get it now - its more of an economy thing. I guess it even hurts the "BIG" guys too!

I've learned that if you go to the Animation Academy at DHS on non-Fantasmic nights, there are lots of characters there for pictures and autographs.
