Does anyone have menus to post for the Fantasmic package at the various host restaurants?

You just order off the regular menu

You choose an entrée and an appetizer OR dessert from the regular menu. A non-alcoholic drink is also included. We don't know yet if the milkshakes at Sci Fi and 50's Prime Time are included in the non-alcoholic drink (my prediction is that it would be considered as a dessert, not a drink).
