Fantasmic lunch package?

I've never heard of this until recently. Please someone tell me if I have this right...you go for lunch at one of the participating restaurants (with a package reserved in advance) and you are given a voucher to come back later in the evening to see Fantasmic at a specific time. Is that correct?

This is correct. Just a side note, if there are 2 Fantasmics that day, the dining package is for the first show only.

The package is intended to fill seats during slower times. I think recently the times were 1:30-5:00.

There are three restaurants that participate; Brown Derby, Mama Melrose and Hollywood and Vine. HBD is two credits if on the plan and the other two are one.

It's a fixed price out of pocket and includes appy, entree and dessert. I think our adult cost was about $35 in June for Mama Melrose.

I would tell you about the entrance but it was apparently changed recently.

How is the view of the show? Is it an unobstructed, center view?

the times for lunch seem to be getting earlier. I got a 1:15 at MM for our upcoming trip.
