Fantasmic In February

I know this gets asked a lot, but I want to know if it is necessary to get the meal package in February. This is my husband's favorite show and the only day we can see it is Sunday the 6th (February 6). I really do not like HS meals and restaurants. Is it REALLY necessary to get the plan in February in order to see the show? How long is the wait without it?

I don't know the answer to your question but that's the same day we're going to see Fantasmic! I hope it won't be too crowded because we are definitely not doing the dining package

First of all, I'm jealous you all get to go on the 6th as that is the Superbowl Parade day, something I want to see very badly

We are going on the 13th. I spoke to our TA about this option and she did not recommend it for us. She told me, based on her experience, that it's not as busy then and you get better seating if you go with the masses. I'm trusting her judgement. But she wouldn't have been taking Superbowl Parade crowds into account.
