Fantasmic/DL Railroad how long??

Just wondering whether anyone happens to be in the know: How long is Fantamic & DD RR mean't to be down for? I don't really care for Star Wars Land but would want to make sure those 2 attractions were back in action before I planned another long trip over to DL.

Star Wars Land opening is SEVERAL years away...that have said F! and DLRR will be down for at least a year. Be willing to bet that they will get at least F! back up once they reconfigure the ROA...one would hope.

Predictions are that Fantasmic will open again late spring early summer 2017. It could open before then, but it will be closed all of 2016. It should open a good while before Star Wars Land opens.

Well that's not so horrifying if I don't need to wait until Star Wars Land is finished!! I simply can't venture to DL when DLRR isn't operating. It was my first magical memory of DL, so its a must to hear its whistle each visit
