Fantasmic Dinner Pkg & Disney Stars and Motor Cars Parade

Planning on doing the the Fantasmic Dinner Package @ MM in Mid-Oct. I know, generally, they give you an early PS. We would like to go as close to 5:00pm as possible to keep to our kids schedule (sm kids).

Since Oct hours are not out yet and 90 days is approaching, we have use projected hours to see when Disney Stars and Motor Cars Parade will be scheduled. We would like to do both.

If the park's projected hours is til 7:30P, when will the parade start? 4:00P?

At what time should I do PS for the Fastasmic Dinner Pkg?


By the way, when is OCT to be released?

The parade was at 3:30 when we were there last September and the park was open until 7:30. I think that's usually when it is. So, if you get a PS for 5:00 you should be fine. The parade lasts about 25 minutes, so even if you had to settle for 4:30 or even 4:00, you'd be able to do both.

October's hours should be out around August first.

Old thread, but had the question I needed (close enough anyway!) so didn't want to start a new thread.

When we go in August, it shows the Stars Cars parade starting at 5:00. We have supper ressies for 5:50...that should give us enough time right?
Is the parade around 25 minutes?

WOW, this thread got me a bit confused at first but then I realized it was old!!

Where are you eating? That makes somewhat of a difference. I would get a spot for the parade near the restaurant.

You should be alright for time.

We are eating at Hollywood and Vine.
According to the Passporter book, the parade route is pretty close to there. (the parade actually ends behind it) So I think we will grab a parade-watching seat by 4:40 or so, watch it, then head over to supper.

when we were there in late Sept/early Oct the parade was at 4:30pm.

We had reservation for 6:00 at MM and had no problem getting there at 8:00
for entry to show. BTW, we had our best meal of all at Mamas. I had the Eggplant. Yum!!!!!!!
