Fantasmic dinner package

We are going to visit WDW this February and are unable to book the Fantasmic Dinner package. We were able to get dinner reservations at Hollywood & Vine but the cast member said there is no schedule for Fantasmic yet. Has anyone run into this before? Is this just a function of Disney not setting up the calendar yet? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
