Unless it's changed, yes you can. It's a pretty good deal since you also get an appetizer. We've done it twice.

I didn't think the dining plan did the app. Thought it was the entrée and dessert.

Correct, but I believe the Fantasmic dining package does. At least in January 2013. Things may have changed. That's why I thought it was a good deal.

Yes, it does at Mama Melrose and HBD. At Hollywood & Vine, it's a buffet.

Note that Hollywood Brown Derby is 2TS credits on DDP.

Thanks all - I went ahead and made the reservation and once selected, it confirmed that H&V is 1 credit from the dining plan - we are going to try out the new Minnie Seasonal Dine now it is confirmed as extended to April
