In regards to the Fantasmic Dinner Package...
I know that H&V is a fixed-price buffet and that Mama Melrose's is a fixed price meal, but at the Hollywood Brown Derby, you order a la carte off the menu. Is there a "requirement" for what you have to order at the HBD? We have some in our group that are light eaters and could easily get by with an appetizer and dessert only. I assume that since it says that you "order a la carte", you only pay for what you order? (Side note: Why is this different than Mama Melrose's?) Also, isn't this a meal that is paid for in advance, or do they just take a CC# in case of a no-show or late cancellation?
Any recent information would be great.
