Fantasmic Dinner Package

Hi

If I book the Hollywood and Vine Dinner package and book for around 5pm (2 children!) but fantasmic does not start until 9pm - how does that work with getting the preferred seating?

When you book the dinner package you get given a ticket when you pay your bill to get in a seperate entrance that takes you to the reserved seating area.

Once you have eaten you can enjoy the park till about 45 mins before the show.

You can enjoy the park up to having to queue up for the show at 9pm as normal.

Then make sure you join the F! dinner package queue and you'll be directed towards the reserved seating. Make sure you leave enough time as Elsie said though to ensure you get in the reserved part.

if they run it the same way as when we did the package, you had to be at fantasmic 45 minutes before the show, at a special entrance, not the regular entrance...
but just ask for instructions when they give you the tickets at dinner..

That is no longer the process.
Now you go to the regular entrance, next to Beauty and the Beast, and walk up the hill until you reach the point where one side is roped off, I think on the right. You go up that roped off walkway to the top and then are directed to the reserved area which is the extreme right of the amphitheatre.

Half an hour should be enough.

Anyone with recent experience of this?

I had heard that it doesn't work so well as it used to...very crowded and people overflowing into the reserved section.

Also, is fantasmic still happening on a reduced schedule?
