What would you do?

The facts:
We are Florida Disney Dining Experience members, so we receive 20% off at Mama Melrose's, 50's Prime Time, Hollywood and Vine, Brown Derby, and Sci-Fi Dine in.

We are traveling in early November.

We have never seen Fantasmic and would like to on this next trip.

Our youngest is 4, and not usually a problem in lines, but she has her moments. (but I have my moments, too!!)

You can not use the DDE card for a discount on the Fantasmic Package.

Would you pay "full fare" for a Fantasmic Dinner Package to cut out most of the wait, or would you save 20% off of dinner and stand in line.

Thanks for your input!

We always use the Fantasmic Dining package at the Brown Derby. We've never seen Fantasmic! without it, actually. We go in July, though, when it's ultra busy, but no wait is better than even a 15 or 20 minute wait that you may or may not experience in November. I'd say definitely book the package, especially with a little one. It's a magnificent show - the best in WDW. Have a wonderful time!

We have never done the Fantasmic Dining Package and don't intend to. We go off season, do a sit down lunch at Brown Derby and after a full day we don't mind sitting down 45 minutes before the show to people watch and we also grab something to eat inside the theater. It's a matter of choice.

Hi

I'm a regular visitor in November and the last few years I've done the dinner package but I'm not entitled to any discount. Last Year during the most of November there was not the 2 hour queue to see Fantasmic. Although it was very busy around Thanksgiving. I didn't prebook the package I booked when I was there. Although I have heard of guests recieving the discount and getting the seating voucher . I guess it wouldn't hurt to ask.

In Nov, I wouldn't. we went the first week of Dec last year and got there 20 min early and had a pick of seats... not crowded at all.

Me? I'd go for 20%, I don't think you'll find huge crowds unless there's a special event or its THanksgiving week.

Maybe if the crowds are bad one day, book the package for later in the trip and do that... ?
