Fantasmic Dinner Package help

Making a last minute visit from the UK later this week and want to do the Fantasmic Dinner Package to kill a couple of proverbial birds with one stone.

MGM is open until 8:30pm for the nights I am looking at - what time will Fantasmic start and, reading I should aim to be seated around 45 minutes before the start time, what time should I look to make the dinner reservation?

(I know I may be limited due to the late booking now, but just wanted to know what the ideal is, and I'll work from there!)

I cancelled our Fantasmic Dinner Package after reading all the responses here. With the package we had ADR at Mama Melroses for 4:20 and Fantasmic starts at 7:00. After looking at MM menu on allears.net I realized that the menu is limited for package. And people on the DIS said the reserved seats are not that good and they actually moved to nonreserved seats. So based on all that, I moved ADR to Prime Time at 5:00 and will find seats myself before 7:00 show. I think 7:00 is normal. When we went last year there was an early and late Fantasmic show. I am not sure when they do 2 shows. Hope that helps!

Unless I'm reading it wrong, the calendar on this site says that Fantasmic is at 8:30 each night through the end of August.
