I posted this as a reply to another thread asking for advice from people who've used Dreams Unlimited before. It was on the resort forum so I thought over here might be a better place to ask this question. :)

Has anyone used Dreams Unlimited to make a PS for the Fantasmic Dinner Package? And if so, did you receive and type of confirmation once you entered your CC information?

Here's why I'm asking, hehe. At the beginning of the month my TA emailed me to let me know that she'd put all of the PS's I had requested in her call sheet and gave me the information for entering my CC info to be used when making the FDP PS. The other day I entered my CC info and then emailed my TA to let her know I had done that and that also I'd rethought some of my itinerary and needed to reschedule a few of the PS's I had originally requested and add a couple. After I entered my CC info, I didn't receive any type of confirmation that I'd entered it. Initially I wasn't worried about it. I thought once I'd emailed my TA she'd let me know she saw the info in there and would let me know if there were any problems. Well... before when I've emailed my TA I'd get an auto-reply from her saying she'd received my email. (I love knowing that she's got the email even it takes her awhile to answer back or do what I've asked). This time I didn't receive any type of auto-reply. I've even checked my spam folder - nothing. I looked at my intinerary on DU's site and the changes to my requested PS's haven't been made. It's only been a few days though so normally I wouldn't be concerned. It's just that darned CC info that's bugging me. At this point I'm not sure if my TA received the email. We have over a month before PS's can be made so I'm not worried about that at all. I know with the rates coming out the TA's are very busy so I certainly don't want to email her again to follow up on this just yet. So far I'm very happy with how things have gone with DU and my TA. I know she'll take care of things, but I'm just not sure she got the email. I'm not worried about the PS changes, I can follow up on that later if needed. I'm hoping one of you can let me know how booking the Fantasmic Dinner Package thru DU worked for you so I can stop worrying about whether or not I entered everything right

I would suggest sending a follow up email just to be sure she got the first one. Sometimes emails just end up in cyber space for no reason at all. I'm sure your agent will appreciate a follow up, especially if the first email never made it through.
I especially suggest the follow up to make sure the credit card information went through. It never hurts to check to be sure.

Thanks SueEllen :) Someone responded to my posting similar to this on another board and said that her DU TA emailed her to say that she was having email difficulties recently. So, I think I am going to go ahead and email my agent. With my trip still so far away I hate to bother her, but I think I will feel better if I confirm that the CC info went thru.
