Fantasmic dinner at Mama Melrose

I have the Fantasmic dinner package at Mama Melroses but I've read here on the boards how good their appetizer of fried calamari is. Fried Calamari is one of our family favorites and I always want to try it at a new place.
Since I'm on the fantasmic package am I able to order it? I read the menu on Deb wills site

Funny you asked that. We always order Calamari too and I am sure we will want to order it if we eat here. This is where I'm thiking of getting our fantasmic package for.

Imrack, I called up reservations and they told me it's no problem to order the appetizer but we'd have to pay the extra $$. Which is fine with me as long as it's an option.
Hopefully the CM was correct.
