Fantasmic/Dining Plan????

We have the MYW package, with dining for our trip in Jan/Feb. Does anyone know if you can do the Fantasmic Dinner using the plan?? We would like to eat at 50's primetime cafe as of now, can we use it there? Thanks

MYW Dining cannot be used with the Fantasmic / Dinner combination. You will need to pay separately. Also, the Fantasmic / Dinner combo only works with Hollywood & Vine, Mama Melrose's, and the Brown Derby. You can eat at the 50's Prime Time Diner on the MYW dining plan, but it won't help you with Fantasmic at all.

We were told this when we made our ADR for hollywood and vine, but they accepted the plan when we got there. We had money to pay for this meal but our server asked us at the beginning of the meal if we had the plan!?

I would call and check this out. I have been told by a dining CM that you could use your dining plan for the Fantasmic Package. I do realize, however, that you can talk to five different CM's and get five different answers.

I was told, by a disney dining CM , that as of yesterday the Fantasmic PKg is on the plan.

Hi,

I just got off the phone with WDW and as of Sept. 2nd, you can now use the MYW Dining Package to pay for the Fantasmic Dining Package at H&V, Mama Melrose and Brown Derby. The first two count as 1 TS and Brown Derby counts as 2 TS. They will take a charge card number to reserve it, but won’t put through any charges (unless you decide not to show up or do not cancel before 48 hours of your dining date). You will pay with your MYW dining package like all the other restaurants the night you dine.
