I thought I saw on allearsnet that it was now a la carte...but that could be wrong and I could've misread...

Here's from allearsnet:

As of June 2009, you may order from the Brown Derby or Mama Melrose a la carte menu

You can order off the menu. But you will still pay a set price regardless of your order. If you don't want an appetizer or dessert, or if you order the least or most expensive entree, you still pay the package price.
