Basically you get to sit in a roped off area for Fantasmic. It is really close to the ROA and nobody blocks your view. I surprised my fiancee with it for her birthday when we were out there last fall. If you don't mind spending the money (I think it was $59 each, even though that link says 60), its great. You don't have to wait for a good view of the show, you can take advantage or short ride lines when others are waiting for F! or the fireworks, and you get a TON of food and drinks when you are there. The two of us only managed to finish about 1/2 of what we got, and took the rest with us. Good late night snack when we got back to the hotel.
