Fantasmic Dessert Party - Celiac and Booking Questions

Hi all,

Booking for Fantasmic Dessert party is showing available until end of June at the moment. We're going in September and hoping to partake. Is that booking window that is currently open normal? Or is there a chance it won't be running in September?

Also, my husband is celiac - does anyone have first hand knowledge of what he may be given in his box?
