Fantasmic Dessert Package Seating Question

So, thinking of booking the very expensive fantasmic preferred seating package. I've read here that people line up super early for front row...are the seats bad/can't see if you don't get front row? Exactly how many rows of seats are there in this area and how many seats to a row? Just want to make sure my small kids (ages 7,5,2) will be able to see OK if we are not front row.

When we went in August the line started earlier than I expected, there were two people ahead of me. For the most part everyone has a good seat but the two youngest ones probably see better on laps. I can not remember the number of FR seats but I would guess maybe 20. We have gotten FR seats twice in the last 5 years. A treat we enjoy.

Here's a shot of part of the seating that someone posted once. You can see the chairs.

We're at the 60 day mark for our trip 5/22-5/30 and I hit #1 on the DLR Dining number line for seating for Fantasmic. I just said I was trying to plan, and I know it's 30 days out but... could she give me some insight on when Fantasmic would be running? She said that Fantasmic isn't even showing up in their system. To call back April 27-28 and see if it's scheduled to run. Her attitude wasn't more of "it's coming" versus "well, it could take longer and might not even be up that weekend".

Just passing it along. You didn't say when your trip was....

Since ROA is down at present, I am sure it is a crap shoot when it will actually appear on their schedule.
