Hello!

Any tips for fast pass? I think this area is seated. Has anyone tried this yet?
How is the experience?

Do you have to line up early to get a good spot?

:smickey:

The BB section is right in the middle and up front. It's "seated", but that means you sit on the ground, not on seats.

Getting the FP is very easy; you have to book a F! dining package at the Blue Bayou. At the end of the meal, you'll be given a FP (for each person that participated in the package) for the reserved Blue Bayou viewing area. The Blue Bayou reserved viewing area is the only one that is guaranteed to be seated (no seats per se, ground sitting only). Folks are allowed to stand up in the very back of the section, but the majority of the area is ground sitting only. It's located in what is considered the center of the viewing area, so the view should be very good. Folks have reported that you do not have to line up early to get a good spot in the viewing area. Because of it's location, and the fact that everyone is seated, it's not hard to find a good spot.

I'd keep an eye on these two threads for the latest information:

We did the Blue Bayou Fantasmic package one of the first nights they started the new system in December. Other than the cast members still confused on where to actually send us (I'm sure they have it all down now) it all went really smoothly. We didn't line up and walked right up about 30 minutes before the show and had perfect seats. You also get a souvenir seating cushion to sit on during the show which was nice because we didn't have to sit on the cold concrete :)

Awesome! I'm glad you don't have to line up early. What time do you have to check in? Also, what kind dinner do they serve for $60 bucks?? :upsidedow

We have BBB fast passes for February. I found the dinner menu by googling disneyland fantasmic dining. Maybe there was an easier way but that worked for me. It gave a link on the disney site to the various plans and menus. It is a 3 course meal at BB. With various options for each course. They told me at reservations to be at the seating area just 1/2 hour before the show.
