Fantasmic! as 4th FP+ mid April is it possible?

It's possible. We got it as a 4th last March on a weekday around 3pm. That week was local spring break week and the crowd levels were a 7-8.

It's not only possible, it is extremely likely. I've gotten it as late as 5 pm. Essentially half the capacity of the stadium is available for FP.

and you have even a better chance if there are 2 show if this is your must do the only resion I am going to disney then I would get one earlier but if not then get it as your 4 I have gotten one about 2- 3 hours before the second show

I would have your other FP for earlier in the day and get it as soon as you use your last one

We got them as a 4th on Dec 20 at about 4pm, should be no problem. Even CMs will usually tell you to not get Fantasmic in your initial 3 (they've told my brother that when he was getting his initial 3 twice)
