Fantasmic AP Event - Who's Going?

I don't have any extra spots unfortunatly. We are going on May 14. I called and RSVP'd the day the emails came out and was told to go to the ticket booths anytime after 12 pm to get a wristband. My whole party has to be with me with ap's in hand. I also asked about an email confirmation but was told they aren't sending out confirmations to people who RSVP'd over the phone. She told me the only things I need to bring to the ticket booth is my valid AP and my valid ID. Can't wait to see Fantasmic! again!! It's mine and my 5 year old son's favorite show!!!

How do I attend this? I have not gotten and email but our entire family (6 of us) have APs and would love to be able to. We will be going to DL May 17-22nd. If I call will I be able to RSVP without the email being recieved?

I haven't received my email yet and I was able to RSVP. But you must have an email on file with them. Doesn't hurt to try.

You can call if you live more then 2 hours from the park

We're going May 14th, too! I called yesterday and they told me to call back today to confirm. When I do, I'll ask about the procedure. I was told to bring my photo ID and AP, but I wasn't told where to take them. So, the ticket booth after 12 is GREAT information. Thanks for sharing!

I will be attending May 15th! The CM I spoke with on the phone seemed surprised when I told him I could not register in person because I am coming from Louisiana. We have Premier AP's because we are taking 2 WDW trips and our first DL trip within 12 months. He asked me, "And do you come out here a lot?" We were hoping to get to experience at least one AP event with our PAP's, but we did assume it would be in WDW. This is GREAT for us since we are visiting DL Mon-Fri, so there are no regularly scheduled showings of F! and this is the only way DH and I will get to see it. I'm very excited!

I am flying non-stop from Vancouver on West Jet with Air Miles. I like to fly direct as much as possible. I don't leave Vancouver until 4:15pm so I hope to be in the park on late evening on the May 20th. It is all going to depend on when I can catch the DLE.

Awesome!! Maybe we'll see you guys there. We'll be the one's pushing a double stroller with 3 kids on it!! Let us know what they say when you call back because I may want to do the same thing. I wrote down everything they told me so that's why I know the time and place. I didn't want to forget anything and go to the wrong place and then not be able to get in for the event. We'll actually be in the parks in the morning and so when we leave the parks for the afternoon nap is when we'll probably stop and get our wristbands so we won't have to do it when we go back the park around 6 pm. We're getting excitied and can't wait!! Only 13 more days until we leave!!

We got our vouchers today. Found out the emails are being sent out on a random basis. I never got an email. Didn't have any trouble getting the voucher without an email.

DD and I will be there on the 15th. Looking forward to it. Now to find a cheap motel/hotel for over night.
