Fantasmic and CC#?

I used the Fantasmic DP last year and they just took your CC# and then said if you didn't show up they would charge you, but wouldn't charge at the time of booking. Is that still the procedure? I do not use my charge card at restaurants usually, I buy disney dollars and have everything "pre-paid" before the trip.

I think it's still being done that way. I booked a FDP back in July and I haven't been charged yet. The CM told me that I would be charged unless I called to cancel 48 hours before.
