Fantasmic 9:00 pm, can we....

Make it to MK by 10:00 pm if we stay and watch the 9:00 Fantasmic? They recently listed that the night we are there will be an E Night, and it starts at 10:00. We had planned to go to Fantasmic, but we also want to go to E Night.

Does anyone know how long the Fantasmic show lasts? We haven't seen it yet (I was guessing 20 minutes).

The show is 25 minutes. Add another 10-15 to get out of the park.

I think it will be really close. Mostly because it can take up to 15 minutes to exit the Fantasmic stadium, then an additional 15 to get through the gates. That puts you at about 10:35-10:45 already. You will be hard pressed to make it through the gates by 10pm firm, but should be able to do it within a reasonable amount of time. Will you have your own car?

We will have a car, but hadn't planned to use it. I am debating about just canceling the Fantasmic Dinner package for this trip and saving that show for September when we go. We love E Ticket Nights and don't want to miss out on it.

Thanks for the information! Sounds like we would miss the first 1/2 hour of E Night if we go to Fantasmic.

DO make sure you get to Fantasmic too...if not now then on your September trip. That is one show well worth your time!!! And the dinner package is a terrific option when doing Fantasmic. We have done it on three separate occasions and have never encountered a problem. Too bad you have to choose...could you do Fantasmic on another night?

We are only at the parks one night in July and then one night in September. It is only 2 months later and I bet there won't be an E Ride Night in September, so we don't want to pass up that opportunity in July (since the dates already match up with the date we are there).

We did see the Fantasmic Show at Disneyland in California, and it was great. We haven't seen the MGM one yet, but I think we will wait until September.

FANTASMIC was DH's favorite show bar none! I wouldn't miss it. Although if you are trying to get to MK to see WISHES....it was MY favorite! Wouldn't miss that, either!

FWIW, I don't think there is a very good chance at all of you getting to the MK by 10 pm if you stay for the 9 pm Fantasmic. There will just be too many people and vehicle traffic in your way to travel quickly between the Fantasmic theater and the MK entrance turnstiles. If it were me, I'd be a nervous wreck worrying about getting there after e-ride already started.

I agree with your decision to save Fantasmic for your September trip. It's definitely worth seeing, but if you don't want to miss any part of e-ride night, you'll have to prioritize for this trip. JMHO.
