Here is a schedule to check: parades and fireworks. Today, DHS added hours and another Fantasmic... it was announced in the late morning so you really never know.

Some nights have 2 shows. If you check the calendar on the Disney website that gives park hours, you can also check times for the show and if there is more than one show that night.

In recent years, Fantasmic has been shown at least once most nights of the year. If DHS closes for a private event there won't be a showing of Fantasmic. 2 shows a night tends to be for the busier times of the year. Every so often during extremely busy times they will have 3 showing. I caught a 3rd show back in just after New Years 2012. There was a time back in 2009 where Fantasmic only played 2 to 4 times a week. For example, September 2009 had 8 showings the entire month and June only 15.
