Fantasia Gardens WC Accessible?

Is Fantasia Gardens wheelchair accessible? Thanks!

We were there this week and it looked to me to e fully w/c accessible, the tee had a way to pull up and tee off, then you go back on ramp and around to end and finish up by another zero entrance to the course, our ball went out once or twice since there was a zero enterence at that end, but it was not to bad, it seemed to me that all of them were that way.
