Has anyone done either of these and if so which one would you recommend doing. We have a DD4(nearly 5) so its keeping her interested. I have tried to find some decent pictures of them both but cannot find any-all help needed please. It will be a laugh. Will probably do one evening.
Thanks
:woohoo: :yay: :dance3:

There's some info at Allearsnet about both. Here are the links: Fantasia Gardens and Winter Summerland. We didn't make it to either one last year though it was on our plans  We had decided on Winter Summerland at the time as I read that it's more fun and less challenging. Geez, imagine me on a real golf course :lmao: Enjoy!

Having played at both I would recommend WinterSummerland especially for children, you have the choice of two courses winter & summer both with a Christmas theme. At Fantasia gardens you also have two courses however the fairways course is much more difficult and is basically a miniature version of a proper golf course.

It is also worth knowing that you get a 50% discount on additional rounds on the same day so you can try all the courses if you like.

One other piece of advice, if it's mosquito season, get some spray otherwise you will get eaten alive.

I agree. They are both a lot of fun but especially wintersummerland you do need mosquito spray in the hot months.

Hi
When our DD was 4, she liked Fantasia Gardens better, as it had Mickey Mouse, its also easier to get holes in one on this course, which obviosuly keeps them interested.

She is now 8, and prefers the Winter Summerland course out of the disney courses, but her real favourite is the Pirate Golf on international drive.

Our two 8 & 9 preferred Fantasia Gardens, we played Winter Summerland last year but they thought Fantasia was the best and want to do that one newt trip

I prefer Fantasia Gardens as well - it may be a stupid reason, but I only like winter/xmas themes around xmas - so unless you are going in Dec, I think fantasia gardens is nicer!!

I love Winter summerland, and personally think it's the more 'attactive' course!
Here are a few pictures..

This is Winterland (summerland is similar but built out of 'sand' instead of 'snow'. Our nephews 9 and 13 loved this.

(The mickey toy is ours.. he came along for the experience;) )

Here is a picture of one of the fantasia gardens courses. This is the one that is like a miniature proper golf course. I really wouldn't recommend this for children.

I cannot find a picture of the other fantasia gardens course on disk... sorry!

We went to winterland last year, my DH and I love crazy golf and had a great time. I cant comment on Fantasia Gardens as I haven't visited but I know that as big kids my DH and I can highly recommend Winterland.

We enjoyed both, but Winter Summerland is a bit stuck out. Fantasia on the other hand is within walking distance of the Boardwalk and all the bars and restaurants there so you can make an evening of it.:thumbsup2

We've played both ~ IMO your DD would find the Winter Summerland more fun.
It is also worth knowing that you get a 50% discount on additional rounds on the same day so you can try all the courses if you like.

The discount applies for the next day too. :)

Yes having played both another vote for Winter Summerland as it's a lot of fun. We're hoping to play again this summer and will probably try the summer course.

Thanks guys. I think we may try both as we have enough time .We are doing a meal at spoodles one evening at 18.00hrs so will go and play the golf either before or after and then do the winter/summerland after we have been to blizzard beach.
Great pictures brightspark. :rotfl: :cool1: :rotfl2:

Love both of them - played a 72 hole tournament with DW on two of our three visits

For kids, I would say the Winter / Summerland courses are best

But I personally love the Fantasia courses

another vote for winter/summerland... absolutly love this course :goodvibes
