We were there too! The waits were longer than usual (around 30m minimum) but we really enjoyed our last ride. It was in great condition too, kind of surprised its gone.

Ooh is this the little boy they mention in "The Unofficial Guide"? In the blurb about SWSA, they talk about an autistic boy who has ridden it hundreds of times and his long-suffering parents. When they first announced they were shutting the ride me and DH both said "That poor kid will be devastated"
