fanny packs & socks

I just bought a great Fanny pack at Target (Philadelphia, PA area). it was in the luggage section. i paid $12 for it. they had smaller ones there for $6 & $8. Penny

Thanks for the Walmart tip, Bobcat. I went back there last night & they had three (still not a great selection), and one of them was what I wanted and...only $4!!!! Dis rocks! I am still not resigned to wearing one of these (I have always thought they are uncomfortable), but at least I didn't have to pay a lot for it.

I've been wearing Cool Max socks for our past few trips to Disney. I've always had blisters but no more I swear by them. I just bought new ones at Sears for our upcoming trip in April. They had different ones - some with almost no cuff, some just over the ankles, and some a bit higher. They are thinner than some socks and have none of those nasty toe seams. But the bottom is thicker than the top for added cushion. I think they're worth giving a try if you usually get blisters.

allie cats: I used to think that fanny packs were ugly and uncomfortable until I got used to them. I can fit in two diapers, wipes, money, my camera, film and tissues and I don't have to carry a diaper bag or worry about leaving it someplace such as when you take a picture of your kids and forget to pick up the diaper bag. I've done that. Oh, and I forgot I can fit my disney passes and room key in the pack also.

Check Wal-mart again. Wal-mart has a huge selection fanny packs just about every size that want in the purse section. If not check in the luggage section to. I have three Wal-mart fanny packs that I love. Also bought mom to from Wal-mart that she love.

I have no idea about the socks.
