Fan prograns with ribbon wrapped around the handle

When I was lurking a while ago I saw the Mickey head program/fan with the ribbon wrapped around the handle and a bow at the top with a Mickey head....I can find it anywhere now! I have even searched it! Im guessing I saw it in someones PJ. If any of you great ladies have pictures can you please post them for me???? Thank You so much!!
