FAN or Entertainment Club rate

Which is cheaper? I currently have an entertainment rate which was all that was offered when I called a month ago. My trip is July 19. Are the rates set in stone or do the actual fan/ent rates fluctuate over time?

I am trying to determine if I should call back and check for a better rate or not.

Usually the Entertainment rate is the least expensive.
