vacation ? (it cant be in a show, you just have to all of a sudden seen them)

Susan Lucci, Gary Sinise, Pete Rose, Mr Kennedy ( A wrestler), Brian Keith, Peter Falk, Sonny Bono, Redd Fox and Carroll O'Connor

I saw Dr. J once in the Orlando airport as we were waiting for our flight home...
Oh, and I was on the same elevator as Mario Lemeiux (sp?) at the Ritz Carlton in Philly... But I didn't know it was him until he got off the elevator and another person on the elevator told me who it was...

stuff like that make good memories

My favorite run in was with ZZ Top at JFK airport when our flight was delayed 3 hours to Vegas. We sat at the bar with them.:thumbsup2

Richard Gere in an elevator in CA when he was soo young but I was younger! Debra Harry at an airport. Will Smith at Borgata in AC - asked me to go into the ladies room and find his Aunt! What a hoot and what a great guy.

Sammy Hagar at Hard Rock in Orlando. Hulk Hogan at Universal Orlando.

Gotta be more but these are the standouts! :thumbsup2

We rode the Jungle Cruise once with Doug Flutie and his family. I'd have had no idea who he was, though, if my mom and some people in line with us hadn't recognized him. I'm not a football person, and the only thing know him for is winning the Heisman Trophy in the 1980's. They did a skit about him on SNL at the time.

We were walking through the Animal Kingdom in an uncrowded area once with some friends, and this guy walked past us. We all looked at each other and said "That was Joe Rohde!!!". He's the imagineer who has the huge, dangly earrings. He was the lead designer of the Animal Kingdom and Expedition Everest. "Regular" people wouldn't notice him except maybe for the earrings, but you know that all of us Disney fanatics knew that we were seeing someone quite special ::yes::. It did turn out he was there to film something, though, as we found out later in the day. Towncrier from the DIS, who we were with, had his picture taken with him with Expedition Everest in the background. No one else was even stopping by because they didn't know who he was.

how cool are these two :woohoo:

I saw Anthony Edwards (Top Gun, ER) & family on the boat from Epcot to the Epcot resorts.

I saw Hines Ward in the Pittsburgh airport - he was at the next gate escorting a group of kids from Korea for a holiday visit to Pittsburgh. The first thing I noticed was those diamond earrings!

I've been on flights with Jerome Bettis & Lynn Swann. One time I was on a flight PIT-DCA and I heard 2 guys behind me talking. The one guy started making small talk. He said to the other guy "on business in Washington?". He said yes. The other guy said "what do you do?". Answer - "I'm in Congress!". Representative Mike Dawida. I also once sat next to an American Idol contestant on a flight from LAX, she was voted out around #10 that year.

I was just in LA for my nephew's graduation from college. While walking from my hotel in Santa Monica to my Dsis's hotel I saw David Lyons (ER and The Cape) walk into a mini-mart. At the graduation we were sitting near Brittany Snow (Harry's Law; Hairspray), her boyfriend was graduating, and during the graduation ceremony itself we saw Troy Polamalu (Pittsburgh Steelers) get his college diploma.

Eric Clapton Twice! First time I was 20 and met him at the hotel I was staying at with my family. Partied with the band:banana:
Then about 5 years later he hit me in the head with his guitar on a plane coming back from Antigua.
He's really a great guy.

Then we saw Steven segal and Kelly le Brock at an airport in the caribbean. He was a huge jerk. Bossing people around, Kelly was hauling everything. He just prances along ahead barking orders at everyone. Yuck.

Oh and we ate in a restaurant on a weekend in the hamptons, it was very late. There was only one other couple in the small restaurant. It was Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley!

Oops forgot Tyra Banks at the Grand Floridian

I liked him at the height of all his "B" movies, but have since found out what a jerk he was, and this really confirms it

Me too! I liked him until his true colors surfaced.

java - funny getting hit in the head with EC's guitar! :rotfl2:

I remembered another - Whoopie Goldberg - sat next to her at Serendipity's she was eating a foot long hot-dog!

Some famous people I have seen while on vacation are Britany Spears and the Kardashian family....all at WDW :)

Nicole Sullivan was on our flight when we flew from Houston to LAX. This is back when she was on Mad TV.
Marlee Matlin was staying at AKL one time when we were. I was behind her in line at the store.
Gary Busey was at Universal Orlando one time when we were there. We didn't get to close.

I used to work in a hotel and checked in a few people and saw them around the resort. The Run family, Rob and big and a few sport players. I never watch sports, so I do not remember the names.

I got to be friends with Paul Newman from talking to him so often at races and test sessions. He enjoyed being just another gearhead in that environment.

Squirlz wins so far :). That's cool. He always seemed like he'd be a nice guy.

My only two were from my childhood. I was on an airplane with James Brolin - my sister and I were sooooo excited that "Dr Kiley" was there! We also saw Harvey Korman (from the Carol Burnett Show) in the snack bar at a Sea Life park in Hawaii.

My husband SWEARS he saw Barski (Dirty Jobs) while we were in the holding area of the Monster's Inc comedy show, and a dr from that surgery show when we were in AK waiting at Tusker House for our ADR. That was in 2008.

I KNOW we saw The Bus and Hines Ward in MK after winning the Super Bowl in 2006. They were doing an interview above the main gates w/ the castle in the background, we got off the train and all these people were standing down there looking back up, so we walk down and look up - there they were! We're huge Steelers fans, we actually left AK to watch the Super Bowl in our room.

Mitchell Musso (from Hannah Montana) was seated two tables away from us at a fast food restaurant in the Atlanta airport. Other than that, no one.
